This looks exactly like the opensource map on /r/pokemongodev. So your hosting your own location i see.

You can set your own location using the "Change Location". It's just at a nearby city here as default. Other times I had many locations running at once near me, but seeing as others can use this, it's better to let them just have their 1 spot for themselves and not "my personal" ones interfering. Would be bad for those wanting notifications etc.
Not sure if it's the same one, but you can see the github I used as source in the tutorial section for how to set it up yourselves :)

Im still trying to work some things out. so its not 100% perfect just yet. so please bare with me :)

Thread is also updated, and I'll have it running properly again as soon as API is cracked yet again :)

I have found this Pokemon Go Live Radar from xposed module and tested it. seems to work atm. but it only Works in poplar locations, such as New York, Sydney, London, Los Angles.....
