**** If you are using Huewei phones, you may encounter "the wallpaper does not scroll" issue. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Please make sure that "background scrolling" is enabled in your launcher settings, for example, in Nova you can find it in "Settings -> Desktop -> Wallpaper scrolling". Then make sure the image you set as your background is larger than your screen (if you cropped it to screen size, it won't scroll because there's nothing to scroll ). Finally, make sure your launcher screen count is the same as the preset you are using. On some Huawei phones, you have to go back to the EMUI launcher (if it's not already your launcher), select a background image and select the scroll option at the bottom right, then go back to the launcher of your choice and on KLWP. ****
