It probably crashed while loading or saving the game date, breaking the game itself. Either try to install the mod on top of the game (again), or uninstall it first, and then re-install it.

Also, please note that if the mod worked fine and then something happened on your device making it unable to work, it doesn't mean the mod is faulty, but it's either a device-related or a game-related (not mod) issue, and therefore you're not elibigle for a refund.

Thank you for your reply. I will try what you suggested. However the mod didn't open at all so I didn't even play it? It crashed when I tried opening it. Just wanted to clarify that since you said if it worked first then no refund can be given.

Thanks for the clarification. Do you possibly have a screen of when it asked to clear the cache? As it's quite unusual but if I find more info about it I might be able to eventually debug it for you.

I'm so sorry for the double post. Suggestions didn't work, I tried installing it on top and it just gave me an error (see attached). Still crashes when trying to open it. Tried un-install and reinstall and still crashing when I try open it. Oh well maybe it is my device as you said. Thank you

Hmm, it must be a device specific feature, as I've never seen before. Thanks for the screenshot, I didn't notice it on your other reply, my bad. I'll re-check the mod to see if I find any bugs.

I just re-tested it on both my Xiaomi Mi 9T and an Android Emulator (Nox App Player) and I was able to run it without issues. Do you happen to have another device to test the mod with? It won't affect the license, don't worry.
