    King Raphael returns victorious from the expedition against the army of the mysterious Elf Sylvanheir. It says that the folder is empty (0 Items). That's why it doesn't work.
Can you try extracting it again?
I just checked my upload again and it definitely contains the .obb file.

OK so u installed the game and installed it again. I did extract the file to obb.

It looks like this.

Then when I opened the game, this popped up:

I did press ok and I did give permission to access to external storage but it showed up again, and then it was this Screenshot:

This is the first time I'm having trouble with this.

I downloaded the files and installed to make sure the upload did not go wrong because of unstable internet connection but it works without problems.
Can you try clearing the cache of the game? Or deleting some files, to make sure it's not a storage related issue.
If that doesn't work you could try downloading the obb from Playstore.
